OUR EXPERIENCE
Adam and Joshua Mendel have been recruiting retail financial advisors for their entire professional careers. For over a decade before the inception of Dynasty Consulting, the brother tandem had consistently been the most prolific and successful recruiters in the country for both Wells Fargo Advisors and Raymond James.
Their collective recruiting expertise extends throughout UHNW boutiques, family offices, aggregators, RIAS, regionals and of course the major wirehouses. When speaking with Adam and Josh, their passion and enthusiasm for recruitment becomes obvious rather immediately. For the pair, recruiting is not just a talent, but rather an instinctual competency woven into their larger approach to life.
Despite the often convoluted and ever-changing nature of industry, Adam and Josh are always available 24/7, willing to offer their undivided attention to their clients and any matter at hand.
Adam has a Bachelor’s Degree in communications from the University of Arizona, while Joshua achieved a BA in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
A graduate of Colgate University, with a specialization in Sociology/Psychology, it was clear early on that Adam was going to spend his professional career networking and consulting with others. He joins Dynasty Consulting following over a decade spent in the advertising industry, with an emphasis on media and marketing sales. In specialized roles with both NBC and Dick Clark Productions, he was often responsible for major “prime-time” sponsorship campaigns, partnering with many of the world’s most influential brands.
Adam’s innate entrepreneurial thirst led him to assist in the formation of Dynasty Consulting. As Chief Financial Officer, Adam serves as head of business development, operations, while also on the ‘front lines’ of all recruitment endeavors.
When he is not on the phone, Adam loves to travel and spend time with his family, especially his wife and sons Teddy, Jack and William.
An entrepreneur in his own right, Michael Chillemi rejoins the recruitment world after a brief hiatus where he both founded, and successfully managed a premiere photography studio in Westchester County.
A talented salesperson at the core, Michael was among the select few targeted by the Mendel brothers, having spent 2010-2014 side by side at their previous firm.
Currently residing in Ossining, NY; Michael enjoys spending time with his family, his beautiful wife Gabi and daughter Lina, and of course with a good cigar out on the golf course.
A Montclair State University graduate, with a concentration in Political Science, Ben launched his entrepreneurial journey straight out of college, founding and managing his own successful business for seven years. With a track record of leading a team of over 30 employees, he transitioned his adept sales and management skills to a new chapter at Dynasty Consulting.

In September 2022, he became a valued member of our Dynasty Consulting team, leveraging his life and business expertise to scout exceptional candidates and bolster our recruiting endeavors.

Beyond the workplace, Fair Lawn, New Jersey, is where Ben hangs his hat. He finds joy in playing lacrosse and soccer as his preferred pastimes. He also finds pleasure in traveling the world and has explored numerous countries across the globe.
Erica Pope is a seasoned Consultant at Dynasty Consulting, where she specializes in identifying and placing top-performing financial advisors and teams across the U.S. With over eight years of sales experience and a strong foundation in strategic communication, Erica brings a people-first mindset to every conversation and transition—focusing on building meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

A graduate of Temple University with a degree in Public Relations, Erica blends her communication skills with industry insight to help advisors make career moves that align with their professional goals and personal values. Her ability to understand the human side of recruiting sets her apart in a space that demands both precision, patience, and empathy.

Erica is also deeply interested in how technology—particularly artificial intelligence—is shaping the future of financial services and talent acquisition. She’s passionate about using innovative tools to enhance the recruitment process while maintaining the personal touch that defines her work.

Anthony Fiorenza is a results-driven executive recruiter with a background in institutional crypto custody, fintech, and consultative sales. He leverages data analytics, AI, and custom-built advisor tracking systems to drive successful firm transitions and negotiate multi-million-dollar recruitment deals. His expertise spans financial modeling, blockchain infrastructure, and strategic advisor engagement.
Anthony holds a BA in Economics from the University at Buffalo and has a proven track record of uncovering growth opportunities and closing high-impact placements across the wealth management landscape.
